If MTV is good for anything these days, it’s stirring up the drama. The network put aside teen moms for the day to announce its Video Music Award nominations, and Nicki Minaj didn’t take it so well.
Nicki’s rant continued, and fans took her tweets as jabs toward Taylor Swift.
Of course T. Swift tried to play nice, and Nicki kind of reciprocated. But it went from “I love your skirt! Where did you get it?” to “That is the ugliest f-ing skirt I’ve ever seen” real quick.
This has everyone thinking. Remember when Tay and her BFF Selena rapped Nicki’s songs all over the internet?
And what does Katy Perry (subject of Taylor’s current revenge hit) think? Will her and Nicki collab?
Nicki pointed out Queen Bey is totes on her team.
The internet also tried to drag Kim Kardashian into the feud. She tweeted a picture from her new Vogue photoshoot with hubby Kanye’s infamous line (against Taylor at the very same award show) “Imma let you finish…”
Kim insisted she thought it was just a funny caption and didn’t know what was going on. I believe her because it probably took Kim 5 hours to come up with that caption (and it was kind of funny).
